The controller, within the meaning of Law 2019-014, is AMELEGAL SARL.

The data collected on the amelegalconseils.com website is processed by the firm. These processing operations are entered in the firm's record of processing activities.

The data collected serves, among others, the following purposes:

• Managing newsletter subscriptions: Categories of data collected: contact data (email address). Lawful basis: consent.
• Registrations for our training courses or webinars: Categories of data collected: identity data (surname, first name) and contact data (email address). Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
• Managing appointments: Categories of data collected: identity data (name, address) and contact data (email address, telephone number), together with any information provided when booking the appointment. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
• Loyalty, promotional and commercial prospecting campaigns: Categories of data collected: identity data (surname, first name) and contact data (email address, telephone number). Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
• Recruitment and the handling of job applications: Categories of data collected: identity data (surname, first name), contact data (email address, telephone number), and data relating to your professional and personal life (CV data). Lawful basis: contract.

Only the firm's staff have access to your data, strictly on a need-to-know basis. It is however shared with the following third parties: Microsoft 365, OVH SAS.

Retention periods vary according to the purpose of the processing. Unless legislation or regulations provide otherwise, data is not kept beyond the period necessary for the specific, predetermined purposes.

• Right to be informed: To receive the necessary information about the processing of your personal data. Should we become aware of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed of that breach as soon as possible.
